It a quick and easy to make vegetarian main course. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />150 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese <br />4 tbsp Oil <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush <br />2 Onions <br />2 Tomatoes <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala <br />Salt to taste <br />Coriander Leaves <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Then add ginger garlic crush, chopped onions, tomatoes, salt & mix masala. Saute well. <br />- Add grated paneer. Mix well. Cook everything for 5 minutes. <br />- Paneer Bhurji is ready. <br />- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
